We are pleased to announce we have re-opened! (for liners only)
At long last, the Upland Soap Factory is now open and ready to process orders for LINERS ONLY. We appreciate your patience while we have been going through the agony of grading roads and putting up our new buildings. We will work diligently to get your orders processed as quickly as possible, and you will be notified as soon as your order is ready to ship. Please keep in mind that all liners are made at the time of order and it can take a few days for them to cure before they can be shipped.
We will be making Boxes AND Liners around April 1st and will send out one last email to notify all our customers who have signed up on our website for automatic notification.
Our new shipping policy allows you to chose either UPS or US Postal (the US Postal shipping calculation will be live as soon as we get confirmation back from the USPS). If you live close enough to pick up your molds, you must make an appointment in advance of pick-up as we are not available for walk-in visitors.
We now ship directly to anywhere in the world including Canada. Orders for Alaska, Hawaii, and all foreign countries will be shipped by US Postal Express Mail, which has improved tracking service even through customs in most countries. If your order has been sent via express mail, you will be sent a tracking number.
