Logo liners are a two-step process. The first step is getting your logo engraved. The cost of having your logo engraved covers converting your Logo artwork to a special engraved plate so that we can make your actual Logo soap molds. The cost of ENGRAVING the plates is a one-time charge. We can make any number of liners from the engraved plates, and you will not have to pay engraving fees again. However, it is important to know ahead of time how large you want your molds to be, as you must pay for the cost of each plate required to make the size liners you ultimately want.
- Cost of initial setup and engraving of 1ea 12bar size logo plate (bar size 2.25 x 3.25 x 1.5): $200.00 plus $15.00 shipping to and from the engraver.
- Cost of EACH ADDITIONAL 12 bar engraved plate: $60.00 ea plate.
NOTE: A 24 bar mold requires a total of 2 plates ($200 + $60), a 48 bar mold requires a total of 4 plates ($200 + 3 x $60).
In order to ensure that your logo is engraved exactly as you want it, we require TWO exact size copies of your logo, black & white, printed at 300 dpi on a laser jet printer, on 28 pound or heavier paper, white gloss or semigloss. Do not send Logos printed on a bubble jet or dot matrix printer. Print a black and white copy of your logo on an 8.5x11 sheet, with the logo inside a rectangular border (2.25 x 3.75) so the engraver can easily see how you want your logo to appear on your individual soaps (Please See Example). Whatever you send us will be exactly reproduced from the printed logos you provide, so size and placement is very important. Your logo will be engraved to be imprinted (recessed) into your soaps.
Write your name, address, and phone number across the bottom of each sheet. Place the two printed logo sheets between two pieces of cardboard, then into an envelope marked \"DO NOT BEND\" and mail along with the Logo Order Form and your Check or Money Order. It will take approximately three weeks to complete the artwork engraving.
The next step is making your actual logo molds from the engraved plates. The cost of
silicone lined logo molds is as follows:

Liners are interchangeable with our mold boxes (as long as you order the
same size), so if you already have a plain 24 bar slab mold with box, you do
not need to order another box unless you need additional boxes. Additional
logo embossed molds and/or liners can be ordered at any time, once we
already have your artwork and plates on file.
