The Upland Soap Factory will be closed for the winter season beginning December 21, 2009 and will reopen March 1st 2010.

All mold orders submitted prior to Dec 22nd will be shipped before we close for the winter. Mold customers may continue to shop and order from the online store during January and February however we will not process your order nor charge your CC until after March 1st. We will be responding to email and phone calls once per week so it may take a few days for us to answer your inquiry.

All soap orders will be shipped as per your contract.

Within our shopping cart you can order a wide variety of handcrafted wood molds with silicone liners, or just the liners separately. We guarantee our products and have a long history of extremely high customer satisifation.

Molds and liners are made when orders are received. We ship as quickly as possible, depending on the quantity of orders received. If there will be a delay, we will notify you promptly.

Due to the extremely high cost of mother-mold material, we are not currently making ANY custom mold sizes. What is on the website is what we carry. Please don't email asking for special sizes.

We ship by UPS Ground, USPS Priority Mail and Parcel Post. With those shipping options we can now ship internationally, including Canada.

Please note that due to our insurance restrictions, we are unable to receive visitors at the Upland Soap Factory. Molds must be ordered online or by phone. Those living within driving distance who wish to pick up their molds must have an appointment. Please notify us if you wish to pick up your molds or liners so we can notify you when they are ready.
