Warranty: Molds and liners are warranted for one full year from date of purchase against defects in manufacturing. Please contact us for return authorization if you have a warranty issue. Liners must be returned for replacement under warranty. We will replace defective liners or box parts with like item.
Issues not covered by warranty:
- Warping of wood boxes (particularly lids and sometimes bottom plate in 48 bar slab molds).
- Liners can shrink approximately 1%. This would equal about 1/4inch for a 20 inch long mold.
Return policy: Used molds cannot be returned for credit or exchange. Unused molds may be returned for credit, less shipping charges, with the following exception: any order of more than 5 molds of the same size is considered *Custom* and cannot be returned for credit. Please make sure that you have ordered the correct size molds.
